Leadership

Corey is a seasoned social impact practitioner. He was hired as the Executive Director of Senior Network Services in 2021 and brings two decades of experience across a broad spectrum of social intervention models and target populations. Previous organizations where Corey has worked include the World Institute on Disability (WID), the Roberts Enterprise Development Fund (REDF) and Easter Seals amongst others. From philanthropy to direct service to social entrepreneurship Corey brings a technology and program development background to the organization. He utilizes a human-centered approach and has worked at the local, national and international levels. Corey holds an M.A. in the Anthropology of Development and Social Transformation from the University of Sussex, the number one ranked university globally for social development studies. Outside of work Corey can be found at local taquerias and breweries or riding electric bikes and watching basketball.

Corinne is a Gerontologist with extensive experience in older adult services. She previously worked as Program Director and Supervising Care Manager for the Multipurpose Senior Services Program. She was a volunteer with AARP as a District Liaison, an “age-in-place” intern at Westside Pacific Villages, and a state certified HICAP Counselor for the Center for Healthcare Rights. Ever active in California aging; Corinne currently serves as an appointed member of the California Disability and Aging Community Living Advisory Committee and is a former member of the Aging and Disability Resource Connection Advisory Committee. She is committed to having a role in providing programs and services to ensure the best quality of life for older adults throughout California. Corinne holds a master’s degree in Gerontology from the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. Some of her favorite pastimes are reading, cooking and traveling.

Mariam is an accomplished nonprofit executive and development strategist with extensive experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, and operational effectiveness. As Director of Development at Senior Network Services, she leads strategic fundraising initiatives, cultivates donor and community partnerships, and manages grant and contract portfolios that strengthen programs supporting older adults’ independence and well-being. She also oversees the Data, Communications, and Special Projects department. With a career spanning philanthropy, social impact, and higher education, Mariam has a proven record of enhancing organizational sustainability through innovative development strategies and collaborative leadership. Her multifaceted perspective and commitment to excellence guide her work in advancing community-centered growth and opportunity. A passionate advocate for leadership development and community empowerment, Mariam also contributes her expertise through service on several civic and professional committees.

Deirdre, "De,"  has a Master's Degree in Project Management with an emphasis on business development and risk management. She holds a Business Analyst certification and a Bachelors in Information Systems. De is joining Senior Network Services  with over 20+ years experience in both the public and private sector.  She brings deep experience in compliance and contract administration roles. In recent years , Deirdre has been focused on small business development and software solutions to assist with growth.

De grew up in the Watsonville area and has raised her family there. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and crocheting.
She is also very fond of plants and vegetation. To nurture this interest, she is completing a certification in Horticulture.
