A local community resource that caters to Santa Cruz County residents through the following programs:

ELDERDAY ADULT DAY HEALTH (831) 458-3481

Elderday provides day services for elders with complex medical conditions that live in Santa Cruz County. They offer daily enrichment activities, meals, health services and transportation through LiftLine. Their location is wheelchair accessible and they have staff that speak Spanish, German and English. To apply for Elderday give them a call.

LA MANZANA COMMUNITY RESOURCES (831) 724-2997

A safe place for the community to access resources that offer stability and hope for the future. They do this through food distribution, parent education, community advocacy, public benefits enrollment assistance, counseling and a summer lunch program for youth. They have staff that speak English and Spanish. This location is wheelchair accessible. To apply for their services you can visit their office or give them a call.

LIFT LINE (831) 688-9663

Transportation for Santa Cruz County residents 60 years of age and older or residents living with a disability that are low income. They provide county wide medical transportation, out of county medical transportation, Veterans medical transportation, Taxi Scrip coupons, Meals on Wheels dining center transportation and Elderday Adult Day Health Care transportation. Their vehicles are wheelchair accessible. They have drivers and office staff that speak Spanish. To apply for Lift Line visit their website and fill out an application.

LIVE OAK COMMUNITY RESOURCES (831) 476-7284

A safe place for the community to access resources that offer stability and hope for the future. They do this through food distribution, parent education, community advocacy, public benefits enrollment assistance, counseling and youth tutoring. They have staff that speak English and Spanish. MEALS ON WHEELS (831) 464-3180

Provides daily meals for senior’s 60 years of age or older  and disabled Santa Cruz County residents. They also have dining sites that offer meals in person Monday to Friday. Transportation to dining locations is available through LiftLine. Their office is wheelchair accessible and they have staff that speak English and Spanish. To sign up for meals you can fill out an application online or in person.

MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY RESOURCES (831) 335-6600

A safe place for the San Lorenzo Valley and Scotts Valley community to access resources that offer stability and hope for the future. They do this through community advocacy, counseling, food distribution, parent education, public benefits enrollment assistance, emergency preparedness and their East West Natural Health Clinic. They also have showers and laundry that can be used Monday-Thursday 9:30am-11:45am and 1pm-3pm. They have staff that speak English and Spanish and their location is wheelchair accessible. NUEVA VISTA COMMUNITY RESOURCES 

Formerly known as the Beach Flats Community Center and Familia Center. Nueva Vista Community Resources is a safe place for the community to access resources that offer stability and hope for the future. They do this through food distribution, parent education, their after school homework club, public benefits enrollment assistance, community advocacy, counseling, their Ocean Scholars youth program and their Summer Fun youth program. They have staff that speak English and Spanish and both locations are wheelchair accessible. To sign up for their service, stop by their office or give them a call.
