The Consumer Fraud and Environmental Protection Unit  investigates and prosecutes consumer fraud, they conduct consumer education, they investigate and prosecute environmental violations, “white collar crime” and criminal fraud complaints. They have staff that speak English and Spanish and their office is wheelchair accessible. If you wish to report a potential violation please fill out an online complaint form (must create a account), or give them a call. They do not take walk-ins.
