The Diabetes Health Center  provides education and support for those living with diabetes or prediabetes and other health conditions. They offer Diabetes self Management Education and Support, Gestational Diabetes Education, group classes, healthy cooking demos, medical nutrition therapy and workplace wellness/community presentations. All their services are available in English and Spanish and their office is wheelchair accessible.
