Senior Network Services Family Caregiver Support Program provides small grants along with information and help to informal (unpaid) family caregivers to support and stabilize the caregiving relationship.  The goal of the program is to reach out to family caregivers, connecting them to resources in the community. To be eligible for this program both caregiver and care receiver must be a resident of Santa Cruz County, the care receiver needs to be 60 years of age or older and receive medicare, and the caregiver must be informal (unpaid). The application process consists of an intake assessment and an interview. Please call to schedule an appointment. The Senior Network Services office is wheelchair accessible.
