The Homeless Persons Health Project provides services to people experiencing homelessness and low income populations of Santa Cruz County including: primary care, Integrated Behavioral Health (therapy and psychiatry) Medication Assisted Treatment, acupuncture, wound care and benefits advocacy, payee services, permanent supportive housing programs and more. If you need healthcare, information on local food and shelter programs, referrals, or related topics, stop by to see one of their public health nurses. If you do not have insurance, they will still see you. They take walk-ins, have staff that speak English and Spanish and their location is wheelchair accessible.
