This program links older adults and the community with services and resources throughout Santa Cruz County. To be eligible for this program you must live in Santa Cruz County and be 60 years of age or older, or calling on behalf of someone 60 years of age or older. This program has staff that speak English and Spanish and is located in an office that is wheelchair accessible.
