PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT – COUNTY OF SANTA CRUZ
A department of the County of Santa Cruz Health Services Agency. Their mission is to collaborate with the community to protect, promote, and improve the health and well-being of all.They coordinate the following programs: Birth and Death Certificates, The Community Advocacy Resource/Education (CARe) Team, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, Children’s Medical Services, Communicable Disease Control, Community Health Education, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Preparedness, Family Health Programs and Immunizations.
