The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program consists of community members who are willing to advocate for the right and dignity of residents in nursing homes and community care facilities.  The Ombudsmen are trained to assist in resolving problems including: Resident Rights, Personal Dignity, Quality of Medical Care, Abuse, Regulatory Agencies, Financial and Legal Concerns. Ombudsmen provide support to the residents while working with others to ensure appropriate actions are taken regarding their concerns and complaints.
